I'm Ticked

On my post Mixed Views,
someone without the courage to sign
their name asked me
why Conservatives can't have a view?

I want to answer them the best way I can.

Conservatives have been serving up their opinions
for years, going back to Clinton and making a major deal out
of his peccadillo's then screaming for impeachment.

It is time for those with common sense to finally speak up.
Bush and his administration are not only liars they are crooks
getting rich on other peoples blood.
(Who should be impeached now?)

They try to stop discussion by twisting words and calling people names.
It is time for all of us to finally speak up.
Rosie was our brave voice..

This war is a tragedy, it was the worst strategic mistake in American history.
If The administration wanted to find and prosecute Osama then they should have stayed in Afghanistan until he was found.
Is there anyone out there that doesn't believe that the war in Iraq
was all about Oil?

I heard today that Rosie is not coming back and it makes me sad.

I just hope she finds a place where she can continue to speak out.

I understand her decision, she has a family to think of and I am willing to bet

GiGi--its on CNN and stuff today. (By now you probably have read it). Sad :( and I hope she finds something she enjoys doing that we get to "see"..though her blog is there for us. I feel protective of her..maybe because she's passionate and feels things deeply..and I can relate. (I'm sure many of us can.)..

Yes Misty,
Rosie is a voice for those of us that no one pays any attention too.

I have been watching the different cable shows tonight.
Seems someone drew mustaches on pictures of Elisabeth.
My money is on Helene or Jeanette..LOL
I hope Rosie gets a good rest so she can come back with a vengence

Ooo i did see that--about the mustaches. What I read said that Jeannette did it and was escorted out :) lol

I don't blame Rosie for leaving before her contract. I'm glad ABC let her out with out problems..I'm not going to tune in as much anymore. :(

The conservatives are allowed to have their views, but must also accept that they can be just as wrong as anyone else in this world!

GiGi I don't mind at all (if you send my post to others) I saw the Helene and Ro video too..she is in pain. I know she is saying all is ok but I think she thought Elisabeth was more of a friend than that. Elisabeth had differing views but they seemed to genuinely like one another otherwise--until this week. Things went downhill fast. Then I wonder what Elisabeth was "Prepped" to do..she's the only View member prepped daily by the Executive Producer. (Rosie wrote that once in a question/answer)

I would like to think there are some decent conservatives out there. While I don't agree with them, I respect that they have a different point of view. But being the smart person (I think) I am, I can distinguish between conservative and just a dumb follower of evil-doers (people who believe the rest of the world is against us because we're happy and prosperous and Bush is our savior). That being said, I think Elisabeth falls into the second category. She's is so loaded that she can't step off her damn high horse and realize there's more to life than her prissy ass views. Rosie, is rich, yes, but she gives back a lot. She puts herself in situations where she is in touch with reality and sees the poor people, dressed in a t-shirt and jeans, and not made up like a freaking barbie. Can you tell I hate Eliesabeth? I hope Rosie will still be around to "annoy" us with her loud mouth. We need the loud ones to remind us that there are a lot of different points of view out there, and that some people out there really do care.

By the way, thanks for stopping by :)

Hello Gigi!

Rosie left The View to head to greener pastures...I know that her passionate voice can be used for so much good in other venues!

Hope that you have a great Monday!

Love you,
Sarah
