The Bloom is off the Rose !

I wish that the Media would get off Tiger Woods back.
So he has a temper, and he and his wife probably had a fight.
What married couple hasn't been there.
Everyone can speculate, but since no charges have been filed he doesn't have to explain to anyone.
Slow news week and I'm sure it will end as soon as the Media gets tired or finds someone else to
torment.

I agree 100%. I am so sick of the media saying Tiger needs to announce to the world why he was leaving his house at 2:00 in the morning. I'm also sick of the media reporting what happened as if everything the Inquirer has reported is established fact instead of the tabloid rumors that they are. Last I heard this is still a free country and people are free to leave their homes at odd hours if they want to. The established facts that are available regardless if the Inquirer story is true or not, do not warrant any more scrutiny or investigation. If this same type of accident happened to anybody else who was found to be sober and financially able to pay for any damages to the fire hydrant there would be no story. I highly doubt that a Judge will grant a search warrant based on speculation of what might have led to the accident as a result of tabloid stories. I'm also tired of the media whining about "double standards" in their speculation that Tiger's wife may have assaulted Tiger and she's not being immediately hauled off to jail. Even if that were true, which there is no clear cut evidence to support that, it is not a double standard because Tiger is a grown man who outweighs his wife by at least 75 pounds if not more, and he can defend himself if he had to. The sickest part of this whole ordeal is watching how quick the media is to report the most salacious details of all the speculated scenarios with little regard to the facts that are known.

Seriously, is it a slow news week or what?

I make it a point not to follow these types of stories. I do wish Tiger well. He will go on to win The Masters later.

How can you avoid it Michael when every news cast carries the story?

It will end soon since the investigation has ended.
