Our Friend,, Our Senator Paul

When he died, so did the conscience of the Senate.

Paul his wife Sheila and their daughter, Marcia Markuson, along with three campaign workers and two pilots, were killed on Oct. 25, 2002, just days before the Senate election.

I know a relative of Paul's and I recall being grateful for his support for those like my late father who had Parkinson's disease.

Thank God Al Franken won Paul's seat back, and with it the conscience that was lost when Paul died.
